"Time" is the theme for Jim Dodson Jr.'s work, where old world meets new world with a modernistic approach. As a sculptor, Dodson strives to produce high quality, one of a kind unique sculptures by incorporating simple geometric shapes and found objects, both natural and handmade, including recycled farm equipment. Dodson’s work can be found in many private and corporate collections throughout the United States, and has received recognition at many shows and festivals, including the honor of winning Best of Show (twice) at the Calgary Stampede Western Art Showcase in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
