An Advertiser (any person or group that places an ad on Okoboji.com) assumes all risk and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RDI, its stockholders, employees, officers, and representatives for any and all suits, claims, liabilities of any kind, and damages that arise from the advertisement and any additional marketing and promotions associated with Your advertising purchase on Okoboji.com. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
All parts of this Agreement shall be construed under and controlled by the laws of the State of Iowa, U.S.A., and You irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the federal courts sitting in Polk County, IA unless no federal subject matter jurisdiction exists, in which case You irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the Superior Court of Polk County, IA
