MML’s 2019 Summer Reading Kick Off Celebration • Date: Thursday, June 6 • Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Location: Florence Park MML’s Summer Reading Kick Off will be held in Florence Park on Thursday, June 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Kick Off includes information on our Summer Reading Programs for Youth, Young Adults, and Adults. Other fun activities include Treasure Village with space tattoos, animals to love on provided by Humane Society of Northwest Iowa, a string bug craft with the Pearson Lakes Art Center, and sweet and savory food provided by Waffle Chix. There is no pre-registration to join this reading fun. All of the materials and services will be provided at no cost to the attendees.
