Time: 1 pm – 4 pm Fee: Free, open to the public The Pearson Lakes Art Center will be host to the National Cartoon Society and its annual meeting this fall. That afternoon, cartoonists will be available to talk with students and the public about the cartoon business, demonstrate drawing techniques, and answer questions.
